Yeh chocolat tradition ko bahut ache se represent karta hai. Andar ka dry fruit filling aur bahari chocolate ka combination kya baat hai! This is my personal favourite of all three bars.
The overall flavour though was something I couldn't quite understand or connect to. I wonder if the taste is more for those familiar with North Indian traditions.
Gilori is also a banarasi thing and this chocolate captures it beautifully.
I ordered all three bars and gilori was the one I liked least personally.
I visited Varanasi for a conference and tried this. Gilori is a banarasi thing and I'm from the south so the reference was new to me. The chocolate itself is well made.
