At Kashi Kravings, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards for all our products. Because many of our items are food-related, consumable, or hygiene-sensitive, we follow a No Return Policy.
No Returns
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
- Returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, incorrect selection, or personal expectations are not permitted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
We only offer a replacement or refund if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by us.
