Return & Refund Policy

At Kashi Kravings, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards for all our products. Because many of our items are food-related, consumable, or hygiene-sensitive, we follow a No Return Policy.

No Returns

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
  • Returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, incorrect selection, or personal expectations are not permitted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

We only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by us.
