  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification once your order is dispatched.

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Shipping availability to certain remote locations may vary depending on courier service coverage.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:
    • Courier delays
    • Weather conditions
    • Public holidays or unforeseen events
  • Kashi Kravings is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping partners.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on location and order value.
  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts.

7. Damaged or Missing Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the package and product

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
